1. First of all Go to This Link And Download Miui 12 For Redmi Note 7 pro OTA Rom
2. Now Go to Settings of Your Mobile.
3. Go To About Phone and tap on Update Mobile.
4. Click On Miui 11 Logo 7 times.
5. Now you able to Upgrade form Self Download OS of miui 12.
6. Click on Upper right "Three Dot" and Tap on "Choose update package"
